Workshop locations will vary from month to month to enable participants to discover some unique local venues.
Kerry, Greg, and several special guests and subject matter experts conduct ten separate workshops over the course of ten months.

Greg Wolf is an American businessman and philanthropist. Greg started his career in Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Training and advanced through the ranks to become one of the youngest CEOs of a Fortune 200 company.
Greg is best known for his work in the healthcare industry where he spearheaded business growth through sales and operational innovations.
As President, Greg took EMPHESYS Financial Group public through the most successful large cap IPO in 1994. He then led the sale of the company to Humana and within 7 months became COO – then President – then CEO. Greg led the reengineering of Humana from a hospital management company to a health insurance company with a current market cap over $35 billion, and initiated a total quality management program that serves the company and its clients to this day.
Greg then served as President of CIGNA Group Insurance, leading the organization to record profits.
Greg teamed with New York private equity firm JLL and served as Chairman and CEO of a JLL portfolio company, Medical Card Systems. MCS posted 3-year results that eclipsed the company’s prior 20 years– combined.
Greg has served on numerous public, private, and community Boards of Directors. Greg is currently CEO at Knowted, a company that builds customized professional development programs for businesses. Greg is also a confidential executive coach to senior business leaders throughout the U.S.
“Kerry.Be” is illuminating the path for humans who wish to live their best lives versus simply survive.
Kerry Bestwick emigrated to the USA in 1999, beginning her quest for living her best life. She initiated her mission by acquiring extensive schooling in multiple physical fitness and personal training modalities, which quickly led her to the path of the Mind/Body connection.
Since 2001, Kerry has been teaching yoga, mindfulness practices, and group experiences in multiple health clubs, at Penn State University, and beyond. Kerry is an Embodied Life Coach and Holistic Health Coach. She is a Yoga Alliance 500HR EYRT; Yoga Alliance Certified Educational Provider; and is an 1150 HR, Tier 3 Baptiste Yoga Influencer. A graduate of the Baptiste Institute’s Fit To Lead program, she leads their personal transformation program, Unstoppable, for a wide variety of audiences. She is a Positive Psychology graduate, Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra, and has completed Power of Awareness training and Peaceful Practices training in Berkley, CA.
Kerry’s extensive coaching experience allows her to create, develop, and lead programs for Olympic athletes; collegiate sports teams and individuals; CEO’s; educators; business people; academic professionals; parents; students and more. Kerry works with the Bestwick Foundation programming; the Jana Marie Foundation on programming for youth; and she co-developed State High EmpowHER Group, a leadership group for young high school girls with a vision to LEAD powerfully.
Kerry leads weekend and weeklong transformation retreats, having developed immersion programs such as her signature 40 Day Program and A.I.M Workshops.
Kerry is the owner of PYP Studio, a Mind/Body fitness studio located in State College. She also co-owns Rothrock Coffee shop with her husband, Jamie Bestwick, a Professional BMX Athlete.

Invest in your personal and professional growth via a single payment of $3,900 before the first workshop, or via ten installments of $390 each, or a single payment of $4,100 in January of 2020.
All books, workshop materials, and refreshments offered during workshops are included with registration.
MISSED WORKSHOP CREDITS
Life happens, and things come up that require our attention. If you need to miss a workshop, you will be refunded 1/10 of your total program cost. Only one missed workshop can be credited.
