Based on your feedback and the Consultant’s assessment, Knowted-sourced Subject-Matter Experts (SME) author your programming content. Our Instructional Design Team, in coordination with the SME, then creates your blended learning engagement.

Kerry Bestwick

“Kerry.Be” is illuminating the path for humans who wish to live their best lives versus simply survive.

Kerry Bestwick emigrated to the USA in 1999, beginning her quest for living her best life. She initiated her mission by acquiring extensive schooling in multiple physical fitness and personal training modalities, which quickly led her to the path of the Mind/Body connection.

Since 2001, Kerry has been teaching yoga, mindfulness practices, and group experiences in multiple health clubs, at Penn State University, and beyond. Kerry is an Embodied Life Coach and Holistic Health Coach. She is a Yoga Alliance 500HR EYRT; Yoga Alliance Certified Educational Provider; and is an 1150 HR, Tier 3 Baptiste Yoga Influencer. A graduate of the Baptiste Institute’s Fit To Lead program, she leads their personal transformation program, Unstoppable, for a wide variety of audiences. She is a Positive Psychology graduate, Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra, and has completed Power of Awareness training and Peaceful Practices training in Berkley, CA.

Kerry’s extensive coaching experience allows her to create, develop, and lead programs for Olympic athletes; collegiate sports teams and individuals; CEO’s; educators; business people; academic professionals; parents; students and more. Kerry works with the Bestwick Foundation programming; the Jana Marie Foundation on programming for youth; and she co-developed State High EmpowHER Group, a leadership group for young high school girls with a vision to LEAD powerfully.

Kerry leads weekend and weeklong transformation retreats, having developed immersion programs such as her signature 40 Day Program and A.I.M Workshops.

Kerry is the owner of PYP Studio, a Mind/Body fitness studio located in State College. She also co-owns Rothrock Coffee shop with her husband, Jamie Bestwick, a Professional BMX Athlete.

Gregory Wolf

Gregory Wolf is the former CEO of Humana, Inc., President of CIGNA Group Insurance, President of EMPHESYS Financial Group and CEO of Medical Card Systems. Greg has served on numerous public and private company Boards of Directors.

Greg commenced his 40-year career in sales, sales training and management development, and marketing before ultimately holding top executive leadership positions.

Greg is currently CEO of Knowted, LLC a corporate and human performance improvement company, and directs its coaching programs. Greg is a seasoned executive coach working with and for Directors and Chief Executives on a highly confidential basis. Typical assignments focus on crisis management, change/integration management, Board/Senior management relationships, and CEO/Capital Market relationships.
